1. Chairman Matt Calvert the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Matt Calvert, Peg Ayer, Marge Miner, Joan Seidel, Barbara Dyer, Chris Friese, Denise Day Debbie Beisiegel and Head Librarian Chris Schultz.
2. Discussion /Action on Personnel: Theresa will be leaving for another job. Chris is proposing having the position split into two positions. Marge Miner moved to change the library assistant into two positions. Joan Seidel seconded. Some discussion followed. So voted.
3. Debbie Beisiegel moved to adjourn. Joan Seidel seconded. So voted. Meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
