The Mohegan Sun and Peter Rogers have teamed up and  are proud to present Battle at the Sun 3 in the Mohegan sun  Arena.  This is a USKBA ,USBA and Mohegan Sun Tribal Athletic Dept sanctioned event.This event will be an entire day of Real Extreme Action. Mohegan Sun Arena will be transformed into a battle ground when three separate boxing rings are set up alongside multiple mat rings to host action sports world amateur martial arts tournaments and a professional super show on Sunday august 3,2008. Seven different amateur tournament will take place between 9 am and 4PM. Including Kickboxing,Thai Boxing,Sanda, Mixed Martial Arts, Submission Grappling,Boxing and the New England Breaking Championship. Then at 7 PM  the doors to the Arena will reopen for what should be one of the best nighttime Professional Supershows.Local and International martial arts teams consisting of 3-5 fighters each will battle in elimination format for the 2008 Mohegan Sun International Team Cup.We will also have championship title fights for Thai Boxing, Kickboxing and Sanda. and the finals for the breaking.  This event will be taped for future broadcast all across the country. Our staff has been working very hard to make this an memorable event.Your event coordinators along with some of the finest officials will assure a fair a enjoyable event for everyone.
